II. Basic Qualifications
Generally a fresh graduate holding a bachelor's degree or higher and the corresponding academic certificate.
Law-abiding, good moral character, physically and mentally healthy, high political and ideological quality, good professional background, professional ethics, and team spirit, compliant with work arrangements.
Possesses the basic qualities and professional skills required for the research assistant position.
Preference will be given to candidates with several years of relevant experience in: automation control, artificial intelligence, mechanical processing.
III. Job Responsibilities
Able to perform related work independently after training.
Assist postdoctoral fellows and graduate students in daily scientific research activities.
Assist in managing and handling daily laboratory affairs.
Complete other tasks assigned by the research group.
IV. Compensation and Benefits
According to the relevant regulations of the state, Tianjin Municipality, the university, and the employing unit, the research group will provide salary, social insurance, and housing provident fund. The research assistant position is a non-faculty position. Specific compensation and benefits will be stipulated in the employment contract.

Postdoctoral Position
I. Qualifications
Good ideological and political quality, moral conduct, and academic ethics; physically and mentally healthy; able to engage full-time in postdoctoral research work.
Generally under 35 years of age. May be appropriately relaxed in accordance with national policies.
Has obtained or is about to obtain a doctoral degree, generally within 3 years of receiving the PhD.
Good scientific research potential and strong innovation ability; highly passionate about scientific research.
Good communication skills, independent thinking ability, and writing skills.
Honest, trustworthy, conscientious, responsible, with good scientific research ethics and professional conduct.
Meets other recruitment conditions set by the mobility station.
II. Job Requirements
Required major or research direction: Chemical Engineering and Technology, Materials Science and Engineering.
Fulfill job responsibilities and complete other tasks assigned by the research group.

Basic postdoctoral benefits are implemented in accordance with the Tianjin University of Science and Technology Postdoctoral Management Measures, providing competitive salary.
