工业结晶与颗粒过程技术团队

    研究方向:

1. 工业结晶机理及工艺开发研究

专注于结晶过程原理、结晶热力学、动力学,晶体质量控制(纯度、粒度、晶型、晶貌)、结晶过程控制等领域的基础研究及工业放大规律研究。获得自然科学基金等数项国家及省部级项目支持,完成与在研横向合作项目数余项,产生巨大社会效益。具有较大国际影响力,作为主办方成功举办第19届国际工业结晶研讨会。

2. 计算流体力学及结晶器设计

开发计算流体力学(CFD)与粒数衡算(PBE)耦合模型,探究结晶器内流场的多尺度特征对于结晶动力学(成核、生长、聚并与破碎)以及晶体产品质量的影响,为工业结晶器的设计与放大提供理论指导。获得国家自然科学基金面上项目资助,发表高水平文章10余篇。

3. 海卤水资源综合利用及固体废物资源化

针对海水和盐湖卤水中高附加值资源,废水体系中的有价资源和有毒有害组分,利用电化学、结晶、催化、高级氧化等技术,开发资源化综合利用技术。获得省部级以上项目支持。

     4. 光电催化纳米材料及过程

纳米晶体水热、溶剂热反应结晶过程分析,晶体材料的功能设计、制备及电催化能源转化的应用机理研究。

     5. 电化学及新型分离分析技术

基于电化学理论和电化学方法,针对锂离子电池,超级电容,燃料电池,血液/尿液/饮料/水体中有害物质或污染物的高灵敏识别传感等在内的电化学储能,分离和传感应用。发表高水平论文30余篇。

    获奖:

专利项目耦合熔融结晶制备高纯度联苯的方法获得天津市专利优秀奖,并入选教育部第二十二届中国专利奖项目拟推荐名单。
