个人简介
博士毕业于中国科学院高分子化学与物理专业，主要从事高分子材料高性能化，聚烯烃的分级及其微结构与性能（PE、BOPE、HIPP、BOPP、POE、PB-1等高端树脂或专用料）方面研究。在Polymer, Eur. Polym. J., 高分子学报等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇；在美国化学会年会，全国高聚物分子与结构表征会，全国高分子年会，国际聚烯烃表征会等国内外学术会议上发表会议论文10余篇；申请与授权国家发明专利7项；担任Polymers期刊客座编辑,《塑料》期刊青年编委以高分子领域多个学术期刊审稿人。
作为项目负责人主持了国家自然科学基金委面上项目和青年基金，吉林省优秀青年人才基金，高分子物理与化学国家重点实验室开放基金等项目，此外参与了国家“973”计划，国家自然科学基金委重点基金，美国埃克森美孚战略合作项目，中国石油等重大项目共计10余项。
主讲研究生《高分子材料设计与应用》，《高聚物改性与功能化》，本科生《高分子化学与物理》等课程。

培养研究生情况
积极鼓励与支持研究生参加高分子领域的学术会议，培养得研究生多人获得优秀研究生及优秀研究生干部等荣誉称号，斩获全国以及天津市的创新创业大赛等多项奖项，毕业生综合素质受到高度认可，其中将近50%的硕士毕业生被中国科学院、“985” 和“211”等名牌大学录取，继续攻读博士学位。
